After purchasing a transmission that was defective, I have attempted for more than five months to get the issue resolved.

I have attempted calling them at least 32 times with limited success. The 2 main contacts have been John and Tamara.

Tamara always makes promises that are not kept, or makes excuses such as the machines are broke. (Machines?) She has multiple times promised to have the issue taken care of and call me back. She has only once ever called back, but that still lead to nothing.

S&J Used Auto Parts is a fraud with absolutly the worst customer service I have ever encountered. If I ran my business the way they do theirs, I wouldn't have one any more.

I have finally turned this over to higher authorities. I recently turned it over to the Better Business Bureau and the New York State Attorney General's Office. I'll bet that they will just love hearing from Elliot Spitzer!

I want my refund that I was entitled to months ago!

I was finally refunded on 7/15/05, over 6 months from the time of my first refund request. My complaint that was filed with the Better Business Bureau was what he responded to. They do not care about their customers. I will definitely let everyone I know never to do business with them!
