skin optics TOTAL SCAM! They tell you are paying S&H when you order and you have 14 days to try product. Turns out you have to call before the 14th day! I just came home from open heart surgery and can't afford the $90 they basically stole from me! Internet

I ordered the trial size of the skin optics lotion.  I was charged $4.95 for what was supposed to be "shipping and handling".  The offer was to try for 14 days, then you could cancel.

 I called on the 14th day, before midnight and was told that I had to call before the 14th day, so there was nothing I could do.  My account was debited almost $90.00.  I have not broken the seal on the product and offered to return it and was told it would not be accepted.

I was told that I should have read the terms.  Well, the jar came in an envelope with nothing, no papers, no receipt.  So no addess to send it back to.  All I have is the customer service number and customer service is a very bitchy and argumentative woman.

Just had open heart surgery, can't afford $90 for something I can't and won't use!
