Skin Royale Eye Royale Will not issue refund Internet

These two skin care products (Eye Royale and Skin Royale) arrived just a few days before my bank account was charged a total of $176.90. When I called their customer service number, I was told that they would not refund my money because it was two days after my trial period had ended, which was four days ago. The customer service representative woudl not budge, and when I asked to speak to her supervisor, she said that they "all had to follow the same protocol" and not issue a refund. I feel ripped off, as the dates of my trial period were not specified anywhere.

Update: After an email to the company, they called back and offered me a 50% refund. I would rather have that than nothing, but I still feel that this type of business practice is unethical.
