I purchsed a product from this company and decided to pay $10 extra dollars for "fast shipping".  It took this company 11 days just to get a tracking receipt and notify me that it is being sent usps. I would expect for that price that it should be shipped in less than 7 days.  I tried many times to contact the company, politely,  yet to get no response what so ever.

We are sory for the inconvenience. Customer Satisfaction and timely shipping is our top priority. We have refunded the customers shipping cost. Package was delivered 2 weeks ago.
