skype communication none that I know of, called the bank and this was all the information I was given, no telephone number or address, no web site either, we tried just looking up skype.com and couldn't find anything oth A charge of $18.00 was generated on the 8th of January and taken from my credit card. While paying my credit card I noticed a charge of $18.00 for a skype communicati.  I called the bank and they were unable to give me any information on this charge.  They said that they could find on telephone number or website.  The bank person went on line and looked up skype communication and found various website, but none of them had a telephone number only internet addresses.

I tried to use skype.com, but not with much success.  Namely because I have never used this service before, it was difficult to navigate through.  I did find a site for sypke IT services, but they wanted to charge me $38.00 to resolve and $18.00 charge, somehow this did not make much sense to me.  Why do I have to pay for an answer when I didn't generate the charge of $18.00 in the first place.

While doing further skype sites, I discovered that other people have had the same problems with this skype site and have also had their accounts charged.  If I have somehow gotten charged for this by using some crazy phone number that routes you through this service I certainly want to know, so that I will not do that again.  I had to close that credit card account number on the 9th of January for another group that was charging my credit card account, I didn't know about this charge at the time.  Will they be able to charge my account again?
