I purchased a mattress for about $4000 from sleepys- I purchased the stupid mattress cover so that if anything happened to the mattress it would be covered under the warranty.

About 1 year later the mattress is deformed- hanging over on the sides and I called the warranty people"mattress marshals" and they were so rude and didn't want to wdeal with me.

When they finally came to my house they measured with a string and did this whole picTure thing.- checking my foundation etc. - trying to find a reason to say I did something wrong.

In a few weeks I received a letter that my mattress will not be replaced- it is not enougin inches hanging over- hanging over is ok....... I guess it has to hit the floor,

My sleep number mattress has never been comfortable- it was supposed to help with my back problems- don't shop at sleepys and don't buy sleep number- and mattresses Marshall's are sent to your house to give you reasons why you are not getting a new mattress

Sleepys makes promises about the mattress and then does not stand by their word.

I spoke to many people from mattress marshals and they said at least 10 customers experience this same problem per day,,,, they refuse to replace all of these mattresses- they are so unprofessional and they don't even try to be understanding and reason with you

I am sure sleepys hired them for this very reason

You buy expensive prothat've- then they suck you in to getting the extras and for what- they wind up giving you the run around and they screw you over,,,

Do not buy from sleeps and hopefully you will never have to deal with mattress Marshall's who do not want to help you nor answer your questions

I am sure there are a lot of people that are in the same situation as I am- I wish I could find them to get a class action suit- because if you saw how my mattress hangs down on the sides- you wouldn't believe that I am not getting a replacement.

Someone is contacting me asking for my personal information after I filed the rip off report

But they refuse to tell me who they work for-or give me their contact info- the just keep emailing me asking for my information- so the nightmare of dealing with sleepys and mattress marshals continues- they are so unprofessional. How they are still in business I do not know??
