I inadvertenly placed an order for some products while watching television late one night. When I realized the credit card was charged, I immediately contacted the company via email within 40 minutes of the order. I received a reply back from Rachel stating they could not stop the order because it had already been shipped. I find that highly unlikely a Company can ship your order within 8 hours being that this took place in the wee hours of the morning.

I was later told to return the merchandise once received and my credit card would be credited. I did EXACTLY what they asked me to do. NOt only that, I sent the merchandise back just like they sent it to me along with the invoice they sent so it wouldn't be any doubt what is in the package. When received, they could match the invoice to the contents of the package. Simple process right? Well, the company does not get it.

After I did not receive my credit, I called the Company and left a voice mail since they did not answer. Explained the situation and the next day (Saturday), i received a call from Christina 12/20/2008 at 10:34AM stating they received the package back but didn't receive all bottles. Therefore, ONLY future shipments were stopped but they would not issue me a refund.
I called Christina back within 30 minutes and NO ONE answered the phone even though they were still open (or so they say). I placed another phone Monday morning and spoke to Christina a couple of times along with one other person. Finally Christina would not take my phone call any longer and after I asked for the individual that was over the Returns Dept and the individual that was over the Company. I was told that person is no longer there and they didn't know when he was coming back or if he was coming back. I asked to speak with a Manager and I am STILL waiting on someone from MANAGEMENT to return the call.

I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY HAVE PROVEN TO NOT BE TRUSTWORTHY. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS AND LIARS AND JUST NOT HONEST. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF WORKING WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY IN ADDITION TO THE POWERS TO BE IN THE STATE. ThEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE DOING BUSINESS IF THIS IS THE BEST THEY CAN OFFER THEY. ALL PRODUCTS WERE RETURNED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE MY REFUND!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Jayne,

It appears by your statement that you were advised by our representatives that only a partial order was received returned at our warehouse. In order to issue full credit for an order the entire order must be received returned. In a situation where a customer has stated that they returned the entire order and full credit was not issued by the warehouse, we are willing to review a receipt from the post office to verify the weight of the returned shipment. In certain situations a refund was issued based on the information on the receipt.

That information would certainly assist us in issuing a refund. However, you have already filed a dispute with your credit card company. Once a dispute is filed it would not allow us to assist you further with a refund to your account.
