This "company" Smart Shopper Card, sold this wine & Dine pass which wasn't recognized by the resteraunts that it advertised. The shopper card was bogus and a scam, tried to get the money back and was bad mouthed and then wouldn't return money or make good on the discounts it claimed to offer.
