Smart Shopper Company does not acknowledge Bill 168: harrassment in the workplace Niagara Falls, Ontario

- At least 5 employees have been dismissed based on 'office contavention protocol', as interpreted by owner & bookkeeper/supervisor of ad agency employing about 12 people.
- The 5 employees have suffered a certain degree of nervous breakdown due to the bookkeeper's mental illness, known to the business owner, before hiring the 5 employees.
- The owner & bookkeeper/supervisor have badly tarnished the 5 employees to EI, employment agencies, and prospective employers.
- The 5 employees suffer riple effects of slander & libel, causing defamation of character that'll follow them for years to come.
B.
- The workplace goes against the no-smoking law by smoking around those that are not smokers, causing potential smoke cancer, allergic reactions such as throat, nose & eyes irritations, & severe headaches.
C.
- The workplace's owner & bookkeeper/supervisor are crass in their attitude toward clients, behind their backs, lashing out with unethical comments with contempt.
D.
- Suggestion:
  Boycott the business & use Kijiji as it is free and much more effective.
