We are an outsourcing company providing online freelancing services to foreign clients worldwide. We met William Ltaif (03-12-12) from an online and offered us a project to be done directly. No written agreements, just trust.
We have performed major app development on his facebook page http://www.facebook.com/Smartbitestogo which cost around 135 USD. this includes landing pages, app fix, cover photos, SMM etc. We also provide service on his other social media accounts like Twitter and Youtube.
Suddenly today (03-17-12), he decided to remove us as an admin on his facebook page and also removed all changes we did. He is not answering on his skype and email anymore. He also disabled our access on the CRM tool we use to communicate with him regarding projects.
A day before he scheduled a meeting with 3 other agent he's planning to hire as CSR's but he didn't come online wasting the efforts of our HR team and agents. We are maintaining professional approach to resolve this matter and this person is ignoring us.
This company sells healthy meals ranging from 2-5 usd and promises healthy eating lifestyle. How could we trust this company if they cant even pay for their Web development dues? We understand that we dont have any assurance to get the due amount. But It will be priceless if this post hits 1 million views via social media sharing. :)

Hello,
This disappoints me since it seems like he is turning the story upside down. Let me tell you what happened. This person hired me via oDesk and promised that he will also hire 3 of my contractors as CSR's (via odesk). On the day of the meeting, he didn't show up leaving as hanging with qualified contractors on Skype. We contacted him via email and Skype but no response. That was very unprofessional.
What also offended me was he ended the contract without notifying me. My tools access suddenly went suspended while at work. I waited few hours for an email but nothing came.
My other contractor was hired as a Facebook developer and designer (directly hired). After tracking his 15-hour time, this client removed the admin access of my contractor and uninstalled the APP he created. This client is even still using the designs we created on their fan page http://www.facebook.com/Smartbitestogo
Our counter Complaints:
1. I was paid for my working hours but not treated fairly.
2. My 3 contractors were left hanging for few hours waiting for him. (Unprofessionalism)
3. My other contractor was not paid at all and this company still uses his designs.
4. This company is still using our unpaid designed images (copyright claim)

Hello Ripoff Report,
My name is William Ltaif owner of Smart Bites to go. This person was hired for the organization in order to help execute administrative tasks because of her background in outsourcing. She runs an outsourcing agency from the Philippines which we though we be a benefit in the event that we needed other VA to work with, but was fired from my organization because of her insistent selling of her services and lack of focus towards the tasks that were assigned.
Once the contract was closed she claims she did not receive payment for services rendered, but if you review the odesk site, she was paid for the services rendered. We have just recently started to use Odesk and did not want to continue our contract with her and so her contract was ended. She must have been upset at the abrupt ended contract and is now behaving irrational and is threatening myself and my organizations via social media as well as this site.
If you notice her vindictive tone in the comment below:

Your help in handeling this matter before it escalates will be much appreciated. I really do not want to get lawyers involved and I know this can be a pain and a drain of time which I do not want to go through.
