After several emails to clarify the specifications prior to purchase, the supplier sent me a second hand phone that did not meet the specifications. Prior to purchase the supplier confirmed the goods could be returned.
After posting the package they have not refunded the purchase price. Several email acknowledgements from the supplier have been received, but they refuse to refund.
DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER.
