Smilebox REFUSE TO GIVE REFUND Redmond WA Internet

Don't sign up for Smilebox or for their trial. It is a RIPOFF. I thought I was in trial period but somehow I missed the end en date by 4 days. But I didn't know I had missed it until I saw the charge on my bank statement. Then I immediately cancelled. What do I look like paying $50 for a service I am not going to use, I didn't even use it during the trial. Big Mistake. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND. THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. So they rather leave me with a bad experience in trying their service than than to simply refund my $50. So I guess they really don't want me as a customer. I am filing a consumer complaint and putting in a claim for fraud with my bank. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Smilebox??? Spread more happy is their slogan??? I AM NOT HAPPY AND THIS IS NO SMILING MATTER!
