I am reporting for O.Lester Jones 87 yrs old. One 2-11-2015 he took his 2002 P.T. Cruiser to Smith Auto Jane, Mo. He aswked for an estimate on a wheel bearing problem. They did not tell him in advance thaty there would be a charge for the estimate. When they presented him with their estimate for the work, they were rude and charged him $ 150.00 for the estimate only. This is an elderly man who is easily confused and or intimidated. I want his $150.00 returned to him. I feel that they took extreme and cruel advantage of him. Mr. Jones has no computer and no knowledge of computers so I am doing this for him.
