Smoke Freely LLC Prado E-Cigaretts 10-Day Trial is a deceptive rip-off Tempe, Arizona

This company should be shut down. They offer a 10-day free trial that starts the same day that you place an order. You can not return the merchandise unless you get an RM# within this 10-day period.

Here is the catch-22. I placed my order on a Friday. They count that day as day 1 beginning at 12:01am on that same day. I received my shipment on the following Friday after their closing hours which meant that my trial period was in its 8th day before I even opened the package and also meaning that my trial period would end at 12:01am on Sunday. Since they are closed on Saturdays and Sundays it is entirely impossible to get the required RM# before the end of the 10th day. What kind of trial and return policy is this? And we all think that Al Capone was a crook. At least you could probably reach him on the weekend.

This company relies on customers not reading the fine print closely. They have their backs covered. On that 10th day they will extract more money from your account and if you do not get the RM# and get the merchandise back to them by the 14th day they are in the clear to brush you off.

This is organized fraud and something needs to be done. I am embarrased that I fell for the scam company.
