My wife placed an order for this company's namesake product as a birthday present for me. Some weeks later she realized that the product (a minimalist wallet) had never arrived. We checked out the tracking number only to discover that the wallet had been delivered nearly two weeks prior. It certainly hadn't been delivered to us.

We immediately contacted the company. Nick Augeri responded indicating that no refund was possible and that we'd have to pay if we wanted a replacement. Thanks, Nick. Great customer service.

We contacted PayPal to have them mediate and Nick described our behavior to PayPal as "very suspicious" due to the elapsed time between the non-delivery of the wallet and the point at which we first emailed him; and that we were just looking for a, "wallet for free."

Seriously, what business holds its customers liable for shipping/delivery problems?

In the end, we don't have the wallet and Nick has our money.

Buyer beware.

I'm really looking forward to using my Snapback Wallet. I've been using a large binder clip for years now since I loathe bulky wallets. Nick came through and we were able to reach an amicable resolution. Thank you!

Hello Mr. Jones/Lennon,

 
I spoke to your wife Sarah Jones (her name is also listed differently as Sarah Lennon through PayPal) a few weeks ago and tried resolving the issue with her directly. Your wallet was confirmed as delivered to the exact address your wife provided. After contacting USPS they confirmed that items are marked "Delivered" when it reaches the address provided. 
 
Your wife took two weeks to report the wallet missing after it had been confirmed as delivered. I understand you're claiming there were shipping issues, but I've mailed over 1,000 wallets this year and USPS has never given a false delivery confirmation when reaching the final destination. 
 
I tried providing a replacement to your wife at a 50% discount and she refused. She stated she wanted a free wallet or a full refund. 
 
She then made a claim through PayPal to get a full refund. After all the evidence was submitted (Delivery Confirmation, Email Communication, etc.) they ruled the claim in my favor after investigating the issue themselves. I always provide tracking information to avoid any issues while shipping, which protects customers and myself.
 
I've successfully funded two Kickstarter Projects and have always provided excellent customer service. If you look through the comments you can see I have a many satisfied customers and that I've never taken advantage of anyone.
