Almost two months later, I have finally received my order "guaranteed" by Christmas. In the aftermath, they sent me an email with another guarantee. This one offered a free candle for not honoring their original guarantee. However, when I went to redeem this free candle it was yet another broken promise. Ends up this guarantee was also a lie.
I wasn't lied to just once by them but actually twice. Don't be a fool and get taken by them too.
