Fox TV was running endless commercials for the snuggie blankets. I thought one would make a nice Xmas present. I could never catch the phone no. on TV so I did a computer search and found the web address for ordering these from snuggieblankets.com.

What a disaster. The webpage is very tricky to maneuver and asks for upgrades and color selections, a 2 for 1 offer. In spite of being careful, I ended up ordering 4 when I only wanted one. There was no screen to preview if the order was correct. Once my credit card number was accepted it came back that I had ordered 4.

I tried emailing back but the sender does not accept emails. I received an order confirmation and eventually found a customer service no. 800-663-8166. My snuggies are back ordered and will not arrive for Xmas. I can return but I lose all the shipping costs. I should have checked this site first! These rip-off companies need to be run out of town
