Save yourself a headache and your money, I ordered Microsoft Office Proffesional Plus 2010 from Software Empire. I was able to download the software but the product key was no good, it took me some time but I have a total of 4 product keys now.None of these product keys are good,The support tech. I keep getting referred to is Mark I Beleive this is Marks bussiness.
I have emailed Mark letting him know I want a refund.Mark in return email me back some bullcrap saying he is unable to refund my money he is in the process of switching banks so he can not refund my money, that was 3 weeks ago. I know when Im being ripped off. Plece let me help you,Go else where to do your bussiness dont let this guy rip you off.

In regards to your statement about the product keys not working, Microsoft generates these product keys for us to use and provide to you. At times we come across a product key in which we need to replaced. Mark is not the owner, he is one of our technicians who is here to help beyond the phone activation or just have any other general questions.
We were having problems with a bank we were doing business with, hens the reason we changed banks. Unfortunelty, it effected our relationship with our customers in getting their refunds in a timely manner. We apoligize greatly for that. That has been resolved for some time now and is no longer a issue.
Please accept our sincerest apology for any trouble this may have caused you. We highly appreciate your feedback, as it will assist us in becoming better at what we do.
