These losers were recommended by Dydacomp (Mail Order Manager)

Mail Order Manager - (this big software company) will only recommend this 1 place for their L forms. Maybe they get a kick back? That wouldn't be such a surprise as they're shady themselves, but that's anothet story for another day. 

So I ordered a good amount of forms for my business. Immediately thereafter I began experiencing sticking of sheets and paper jamming. Noisy abnormal sounds, etc. 

The printer would print a few then jam a few. I thought hmmm.. that's wierd. These are the recommended sheets to use. I am sure many other Companies are using the same stuff so what's wrong, and why??

It got worse and worse and WORSE. The paper started pulling crookedly. Until the printer completely brokedown. The forms broke my printer! A new HP laserjet was now broken.

Incidentally, in between these events I would contact Software Forms and tell them what was going on and that if I put regular plain paper it would be fine. Worked like a charm with the standard paper. But crazy noises and jamming and crooked feeds would happen only with the Software Forms. So they of course told me that I was the only one complaining. Yeah sure.

Weird because again I thought so many people must be using these forms. How many of them have HP laserjets? it must be many many - and no issues?

After many attempts to fix the printer I noticed that it was the way the printer pulled the paper. You see these forms have lining on the top right side. This is where the UPS label is. Imagine an 8 1/2 piece of paper. Now imagine having 4 even parts to this paper. Top right, top left, bottom right and bottom left. The label with the adhesive backing is on the top right.

I thought maybe I should use a printer with a different feed mechanism other than pulling and turning. The HP I had pulled from the side of the label. So I knew it had to be a feeder that was either a straight path or one that pulled from the left. Imagine this. I had to do all this research for a goddam printer and  you know what else? When I asked software forms to ask any of their other Customers to tell them what model printer they used so that I can buy the same one they didnt answer me as if I was asking the wierdest question possible.  

I then bought a Minolta printer. That one didn't even work once before it jammed. Returned it. tried a mid level HP. Nope that one pulled slower than my first one and I could see it wasn't gonna last i week. 

Now I'm bust at work and need to deal with printers when I need to use the forms to ship orders every day!

I decided you know what let me spend a grand on a printer. Maybe that'll be the answer. So I did. I bought a Lexmark E462. Finally it worked. It's been 2 years and now there are the beginnings of problems AGAIN!. The same problems. Regular paper works fine, Software forms doesn't. Now out of nowhere it decides that it will not pull any more sheets consistently.

So I put some plain paper underneath thinking if the forms were higher it can pull better. That worked. So I found a workaround for the moment. But how long will that last?

To regress a bit. I also had an idea back when the first printer was cracking up which I relayed to them where maybe their paper was too top heavy and unevenly distributed and maybe they should line both sides of the top part. You know on the back so that it can pull both sides. Like tricking the printer and making both sides heavier than the bottom part. Because printers normally have one side where they pull the paper from. Usually this puller, for lack of a better word, can handle lighter paper with no problem but heavier paper maybe should be heavier all around. Not just a quarter of the paper. This paper, and I'm sorry for repeating, is heavier only on the right side with the adhesive backing.

This idea was also presented to them but to no avail. Guess what? That option is now available. They can indeed print forms with the double backing for an increased price. The extra cost is fine by me but why is it now an option if I was the only one complaining?

This is why i am writing this review. The cockiness and obnoxious answers I was getting from them as if I was doing something wrong. The denial that this might be a real problem. I am a customer and a busy person. I just want stuff to work. Especially If i am buying the recommended products and you're the only source! I even thought the reason may be that I am printing more forms than anyone else. Then I laughed because I am a one man show. I only print 20 forms a day. 

So I decided to not order from them ever again. I found a place that uses lighter paper and has the double backing. The paper comes plain but I just have this printing Company make me copies on these blank forms. Now my printers are fine and the paper pulls just fine. It's a less expensive solution too.

So they lost me as a Customer. I did not write this review to dissuade Customers from using them or have any intention of losing them business. I'm just hoping they read this review and answer their Customers differently. Maybe ackowledge what the Customer is saying. Maybe a little courtesy. We, the customers do not call in with problems if there arent any. Thanks.
