I wanted to purchase WIN 10 Pro but in error I pressed the wrong button and got WIN 7. Okay, I made a mistake. After printing the order I realized what happened and immediately emailed to cancel the order. The response was simply that they won't give a refund after they send the software key code. Well, I never got the key code until several days later so by their own reasoning I should have been able to get my refund. They also know that I emailed them immediately after making the order so it should be obvious that the order was in error. Any responsible company would not try to pull this kind of stunt. We exchanged several emails and they always maintained their mantra of not refunding after the key code was sent. Honestly, they did not send the key code until several days later, much later then when I asked for a refund. It was only $99 but the principle of the issue galls me.

Hey PMGreen,
Let me introduce myself. My name is Ken, and I work at SoftwareKeep in the marketing department.
First of all, I'm really sorry for your bad experience with our company, and I hope we can resolve this issue.
Misclicks happen all the time, and you should have been refunded for this or at least been provided with the correct version, which was the Win 10 Pro Edition. This is entirely our fault.
We want to make this right with you. Let me know how we can help.
Please contact me at ken@softwarekeep.com and I will handle this issue personally.
I hope this experience doesn't affect our business relationships.
Kind regards,
Ken
