This is a warning to any home owners in the the North Los Angeles and Ventura County areas that are looking to install Solar Panels on their home with the company Solar Universe ran by Mitch Katz.
We were solicited by Brian Pickle about going Solar and saving 40% or more on our current electric bill. At first we thought it was a prank call, because Brian's last name was presented as Pickle. We explained to him that our bill is only $135 a month on average. He assured us that setting a appointment would allow the Solar Consultant from Solar Universe to explain our options.
We decided to move forward with going Solar and using Solar Universe owned by Mitch Katz for our promised reduction in our electric bill from $135 a month to $98 a month. It has been 4 months now and we still do not have Solar Panels on our home!
We have attempted to contact Solar Universe owned by Mitch Katz several times, because we were told during the waiting period our electric bill would be paid by Mitch Katz and Solar Universe by Kerry Fries who manages the office that Mitch Katz owns.
Now we are afraid that when we finally get our solar system our savings will not be what was quoted and agreed to, because these people do not care. Mitch Katz and Kerry Fries will not return any of our calls.

After searching our customer database for the name "Juanita" (the name that this report was filed under) I was unable to find anybody that we dealth with within a year of this post.
We believe that this report was done by an employee that we had let go. If this actually was done by a customer, please provide some proof.
We urge you not to listen to this report. We do not do business this way. It is defamation and entirely false.
