Karl Springman of Solargard Window Films doesn't honor film warranties when called the main office in Florida they say Karl chooses to do what he want even though there is a writing warranty.
Karl has not returned any of my calls leaving my customers with a worthless warranty.

To whom it may concern,
This repot on Solar Gard and Karl Springman is untrue and slanderous and I would like it removed. Solar Gard is one of the largest manufactures of window film in the world and our parent company Bekaert is valued at more than 4 billion dollars. Solar Gard is the only window film manufacture to have a service center in Hawaii and we have been proudly servicing Hawaii for over 20 years. In the unlikely event anyone has a problem with your window film, one of our 50+ dealers throughout Hawaii will be more than happy to take care of the warranty for them.
The person whom filled this claim, Kanai David Sharsh, is a disgruntled dealer who we stopped supplying do to submitting fraudulent warranty claims amongst other inappropriate actions Mr. Sharsh has used severally business names in the past including Lava Lining, Lava Tint, Classy Clean, Island Tint n Detail, Island Tint, True Black Inc., & 808 Tint. I would suggest you investigate one or all of these names for further explanation on his character and reputation.
Could you please have this bogus complaint removed?
