I just wanted to mail in a recorder for repair. Their website was of no help, it wouldn't even accept the model number. After 50 minutes of waiting on the phone, plus being transferred several times, I spoke with a rep who told me he would email me a shipping label...and that the repair could not be completed without this label. I received the email but no l ink to a shipping label.
For 2 weeks I tried phoning, but was on hold for over 30 minutes. Yesterday I spoke with 2 more reps in different countries who promised they would email the shipping label. Never happened. This certainly told me not to trust this company nor their products.

I bought a sony cell phone. their repair dept lied and said it had corrosion. how can a brand new phone taken out the box have corrosion. I took it to two repair places in my home town. both reputable repair places took the phone completely apart and couldnt find no corrosion. the manager a spanish speaking female acted like she was God and although the repair dept lied. and I had proof. I was offered no help. they have the extremely worse customer service. I have never bought another sony product again.
