I was sold in to a SEO course that promised huge benefits knowing that the course was backed by a 30 days money back guarantee. The course was not what I expected.

This is associated with Source Wave - Alex Cass and Alex Becker

I did not hear back from after submitting a refund request. Again I tried, and was responded to by a assistant named Matthew Heller.

After apologizing this was the message:

----

Hello Brian,

Sorry about the huge delay. I am not sure how I missed your email, but my appologies. I have submitted your information to Alex and you should see the refund reflected into your account shortly, when Alex processes all refunds. Since he usually does them in the form of a mass payment, please keep an eye out for a money transfer with the note: "Source-Wave.com

Marketing Refund"

----

So I waited for a few days. No refund.I contacted back looking for more information on the status.I was again responded with:

---

Hey Brian,

All refunds were sent over to alex. Let me send him a message here and see what is going on. You should see it in a mass payment

---

Nothing for a few days - I followed up again and was ignored for a few days.

Then this came back:

---

 Hey Brian,

Alex has assured me all refunds were processed. Please check your paypal for a mass payment with the note of Source-Wave Marketing. Please let me know and confirm.

Thanks

 ---

I had received no refund so I followed up saying that I don't see anything.

---

Hey Brian,

Hmm, I have sent an email over to alex to confirm that he sent you a payment. If not you should see it shortly. I will put this ticket on pending status and when I hear back from him, I will get back to you.

Thanks

---

After that I waited for another 10 days. No response, no followup, nothing.I then sent my last e-mail asking for a fund transfer instead for a refund. No response ever since.I'm pretty convinced they're just going to ignore me until I give up now. It's been 2 months of back-and-forth since all this started.

Alex Becker, Alex Cass and Source-Wave are a bunch of scammers

AUTHOR: brian604 - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, June 26, 2013

Alex Cass, Alex Becker and Source Wave are a bunch of scammers. They took my money and won't honor their guarantee. They won't even bother communicating with their customers.

After a month of frequent e-mailing in about refund, I've received NOTHING back in terms of a legitimate response. All I've gotten back was a "I'm trying to get Alex to apply your refund" from their service person Matthew.

At this point, when I e-mail in, I get the "Message received - Support ticket#xxxxxx" E-mail back but then I never receive any response.

They have just launched a brand new product, I e-mailed in questioning about how they can launch a new product and not support the old customers and honor refunds. Still no response.

Buyers beware.

Take care of your customers Becker

Becker,

take care of your customers. I have been given the run-around for the last 2 months with the "you should see the refund reflect on your account". Yet, I still see nothing. I've sent over at least 8 e-mails and was promised I would receive a followup. I've gotten nothing! You are responsible of your partners, your customers and your staff.
