This company has lied and disreputably marketed themselves as "Green" when they are a scam. 

It was me who told them about reclaimed lumber rather than stripping old growth forests back in 2005. They knew nothing about it, and even balked at my instruction to "go green." Suddenly, they saw more money in ripping off a higher end clientele with false advertising, and they don't and never have cared one bit for the Environment. They could care less.

The "owner" has a terrible reputation within Rhode Island, and it appears as though many Attorneys and other Timber Frame Businesses know how they underhandedly do business.

They screwed us over, a young couple who gave them 95% up front BEFORE they delivered a faulty frame... and by the way, they charged a SIX FIGURE price because they "were not used to using re-claimed, responsible lumber" [over priced by several thousand, we found out later when we showed the plans to other Timber Framers].

Chasing these Crooks through the Arbitration system and then through the court system was a nightmare. 

The owner is Satanic in  his deceitfulness, and he would laugh like Satan at any confrontation we made in an attempt to get him to take responsibility for a faulty made frame that was badly installed and even dangerous.

There are too many great and honest Timber Framers who understand Environmentalism, and do business with Homeowners seeing them as valuable rather than dispensible. 

Don't be fooled by the slick marketing and promises. This is this most wretched group of people that we have ever come across.
