I was taken by a company called South Shore Real Solutions in Kingston MA. this deadbeat and his parrtner by the name Joseph Vasconcelos of Halifax MA and Michal Leone of Plymouth MA. promised to do a Loan modification. They new we were financed by a Credit Union and this would not happen. Took our $3000.00 dollars and disapperaed. Eventually contacted past employee of company and he said they did this to multitudes of people. Joe Vasconcelos would take the money and throw it into his etrade account and play the stock market with it. These two guys are scum, there have already been three additional people that have contact me with the same situation and there are many more where that came from. Small claims, Police Reports , media reports are all ahead. Avoid these two fakes. One of the people they ripped off was even on disability and she was trying to make her mortgage more affordable.

This report is not entirely accurate. Michael Leone had absolutely nothing to do with this company. Michael not only had nothing to do with the Company he was just as much as a victim. Joe Vasconcelos used Michael's name in the business without his permission. Additionaly Michael was scamed for thousands of dollars too. The only thing Michael is guilty of is trying to assist Joe with his blindness. Michael had no bad intentions of trying to scam others nor did he take anyone's money or profit in any way.

I am also a victim of Joe and have been trying for two years to get back my money. I have a friend who is also a Mass Constable who is helping me and would like your input on what you've accomplished. Any suggestions on how the two of you can reach each other?

I have been dealing with this guy for about 5 years trying to get my money back and I know for a fact that he has done the same thing he did to me to hundreds of others and he even invented a few new scams!! We need to get all people that have ever dealt with him together so we can approach the situation the right way! He is currently in the process of loosing his own home to foreclosure so dont for a minute think hes gonna save yours!!!
I have alot of info about him like where he lives, 3 Holmes Road, Halifax. His wife is Jean and used to work for a large investment company. He has 3 boys who know what their father does and are completely ashamed of him. His blindness is a scam as well!!!
I dont know how this site works or how we can get together at a highly visible public place so you all know I am not scamming any one. I have alot of other info I would love to share but we need to do this the right way if any of us are to ever see justice. Your not getting your money back so lets put him in jail!!!!

Again the individuals making the claim that Michael Leone had any malicious or deviant motivations do not have their facts correct. Joe is blind and Michael only assisted Joe with his blindness. Michael never met with any of Joe's clients or took anyone's money. Just like everyone Michael believed Joe was acting in good faith.

I personally met Joe Vasconcellos and he is not blind! so to the guy trying to protect Mike Leone...you're just as big of a scum bag as Mike and Joe! I personally went to the office with my father who is the one being ripped off. I'm a Massachusetts Constable and do my job very well. I won't stop until these guys pay for what they've done. As I mentioned above, we had gone to visit Joe at the office one day to collect a refund of the $1,500 that my father put down to begin the process for the Home Load Modification and Joe had the nerve to get in my father's face and threaten him! He also promised that who ever was taking care of his paper work wasn't doing the job correctly and that he would oversee it himself! That lying sack of shit hasn't done a damn thing since then. There are others and we are going to get together and bring this as far as we can....Joe will not sleep peacefully....

I am writting in regards to the statement made that Michael Leone is a "scum Bag". I know Mike proffesionally and personaly. However I wish for people to get a clear idea on this situtaion. Michael as well as many others was made to believe that he was making a ligitatment investment with the above mentioned Joe Vasconcelos. I asure you Michael has NEVER taken a penny or check from any of the clients who were under the impression that Joe Vasconcelos would ba making investments or doing modifications on their behalf. Michael is soley invoved withJoe as a "personal assistant", to help out with Joe's blindness. Michael is one of the most caring and compassionate men i"ve ever meet. Michael never made any buisness agreements with any potential or current client. Fianlly I believe the Michael Leone was used as a pawn to deflect the the immediate intrest away from Joe.... Please Michael Leone is a kind and gentle sole and would never "rip" off anyone... Joe set this up so that mike would look like the jerk and you all are buying into it just as you did when you gave a man thousands of dollars with out signing a piece of paper.... Please leave Michael Leone out of this immediate drama. Also Michael Leone is listed as President of Joe's Campany this was just another way to deture from Joe directly....

The report on south shore real solutions names Michael Leone as an individual that mislead clients and scammed them. Michael Leone had nothing to do with the day to day operations of south shore solutions. Michael Leone only assisted the owner of south shore real solutions who is blind. Michael Leone neither met with clients or had any financial dealing with clients.
This report also claims that Michael Leone is a scum bag. The author that generated the original report does not have their fact correct. Michael Leone is very much not a sum bag and had nothing to do with misleading or ripping anyone off.
