Southern Refrigerated Transport SRT Wrongly Reported me To DOT for refusing a Drug Test Texarkana, AR Texarkana, AR

Southern Refrigerated Transport on July 22nd in Oritntation Class Had everybody do a drug test.  Their Procedures were.  If you could not pee in a cup then you had to sit in the orientation room and be under observation 100% of the time, you could not leave the room unless you were escorted to the drinking fountain or even to leave the room. Southern Refrigerated Transports policies were very strict on this   There were 5 of us under observation waiting so we could pee in a cup.  I could not pee so I drank alot of water.  I peed in a cup on Monday and then on Tuesday at about 2:15pm (The Heavy set Black Female with Purple in her hair) came into the room and said my pee was diluted and I have to pee in a cup again,  My Codriver and I were promised by Recrting that there was nothing that would Blind Side Us from getting a job and our Recruiter who was a female and name starts with a M lied beacuse my codriver was pulled from class on monday at Noon and Southern Refrigerated Transport said they could not hire him,  We quit a perfetely great job only to get lied and jacked around at Southern Refrigerated Transport so our Recruiter could make Recuriting numbers for the month.

On Tuesday July 23rd,  I was told I had to pee in a cup again by the black girl with the purple in her hair,  at No time was I put under observation, the Orientation instructior at the time was given No instructions to keep me in the room and under watch,  I was allowed to walk around the building freely and under No watch and even went outside the building and had a cig.  I told the black girl with purple in her hair the next time I saw her in the hall that I withdraw from Oreientation and I do not want to work for SRT--She said OK-- and truned around in the hall and walked back into the Safety Departiment,  By her saying OK to me in the hall released me from any obligation I had with SRT and I was not wanting to work for them or continue orientation the contract had been broken by her saying OK to me in the hall.  The Black girl with the purple in her hair then found me in the hall and said I still have to pee in a cup becuase testing had started,  No testing had not started because I have already talked to a lawyer and I was under no observation or being watched like I was on monday,  I refused to pee in a cup and told Safety that I know my rights and I was under no obligation to them anymore because the black girl with the purple in her hair had said OK,  she did not day Let me go check with sombody or anything like that she just said " OK " Southern Refrigerated Transportaions drug testing poliy is sloppy and non conisitant from monday to tuesday and they have falsely reported my to DOT for refusing a drug test.  I Have called a lawayer and am planning legal action against them.  Why was I not under any observation on Tuesday or Escorted to the Testing room and locked in or placed in the oreientation room and was told to stay there.  A lawyer with the initials HS told me this.  Drug testing Procedures  are sloppy and inconsistant at Southern Refrigerated Transport and they have wrongly reported me to DOT for refusing a drug test.
