Southern Refrigerated Transport is starting to get a very bad name and rep-during the last month I worked there they had a SafeStat rating of 93, and were working hard on a 100 rating-the worst of the worst. They don't like keeping their good drivers in place-and make up excuses to get rid of you.

On March 3, 2008, I was brought into the office, where I was told that I was being terminated for poor performance and costing the company too much money in repairs to the truck and apu-Darla stated that I was not running the 5000 miles per week I needed to run, then amended it to 1500 per week-that's hilarious considering my logs show an average of 3000 a week! She was still upset because she got her a*s reamed by Tony Smith for not getting me home when my folks died.

Watch these guys if you go to work for them-no communication between departments-lie about everything-the only folks you can really trust there are Bob, Bobby and Ron in the Safety Dept-they are a stand-up trio!
