I cannot understand for the life of me how do companies hire people like Bernedette Wiltz to service people in need of informational help. Even after Ms. Wiltz spoke with me in a degrading way over the phone, I further be lowered myself at her mercy begging for her help me with the proper guidance, it did not stop her from declining me with no directive. Why should consumers looking to the government for be subject to such unprofessional treatment and character degrading? Someone please tell me what are the requirement the government have in place when hiring educated professional to service us.

Jerry Hingle enjoys hiking and bike riding, which I have done with Jerry on a few occasions until earlier this year.
