SouthernSistersDesigns.com Takes your money but doesn't deliver Auburn Georgia

On Jan 23 we placed an order for 2 bathing suits. OUr bank was debited for $60.90. My daughter received email acknowledgments of order received. After 2 weeks we tried to follow up on the order. I called the phone number listed on the debit at my bank and left a message. I went to their site and there is no phone number. There are two ways to contact them one is a popup that says sorry we are not in and asks that you leave info and they will contact you. (I have done this close to a dozen times by now). The other way is to click Contact also on their site and there is also a way to leave a message and it says they will respond. I have also done this at least a dozen times. After more than 2 weeks we received the order but it only contained one of the bathing suits ordered. It was in a baggies sandwich bag inside an envelope and no packing slip. We went on line with the order number that was given in one of the emails and it said there was no such order number. My daughter did not want to keep the suit because you could see thru it. SHe needed it for a vacation we were leaving for on Feb 15.  I went to their fb site and commented. There is no way to message them on their either. They do list an email on their website but when you try to email it is rejected as not a valid email. When we got back 2 weeks later from vacation they had commented on their fb site that their records showed I had received my order and to contact them if I had not. I did left another comment that it had not been received. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB of Georgia and filed a complaint with THe governors office of consumer protection. I have seen numerous comments from people on fb that their money was taken and received a partial order or no order.  BBB has 19 complaints stating same thing. BBB did get refunds from some people. At this point I am still in the middle of my dispute. I know I am not the only one. Some people claim they love what they received but I have to wonder if they are even real customers.

 I suggest you do NOT buy anything from these people.
