Chad Cappiello has a history of not paying his child support without me hiring an attorney to help recover the money. He has a history of losing visitation rights to his two sons because of neglect and drug abuse. He is still without visitation priviledges.

Chad Cappiello owes 11,000 in back child support and another 6,000 in medical expenses that he has never ever paid.

Chad Cappiello has left the Pottsboro area where he and his wife Kristi Cappiello were renting a home and moved without any notice to me or his boys in July 2012. We do not know where he is other than he told us in April 2012 that he had moved to south Texas. I have filed for back child support and medical expenses with the Attorney General's office, but nothing thus far.
