southwest periodical neat rewards offered me all these free gifts if i buy a 5 year subscription to all the magazine publishers and then when i called they were closed and they said they would send me a email within the next 15 minute phoenix, Arizona

got a phone call this mourning congradulating me on my winnings and then told me i won a free shopping card and ipon and a bunch of free dineing cards and a chance to win a vacation to mexico..After all that they stated that for $39.90 a month i could recieve 5 different magazines of my choice.I tried to call and cancle this whole deal but the 1-800 number was closed and the customer service number was closed.Gerald   phoenix arizona

Pay attention!

Apparently none of you paid attention. You don't get a physical gift basket and all you need to do is ask to be billed later and have your bank account disconnected. The gift basket isn't an actual gift basket, it's a group of offers. You log into neat rewards.com and apply for the rebates. It's not the companies fault none of you listened to how this works. So pay attention.

Also, the company number doesn't work, you need to call corporate at 1.800.247.1007 for the Phoenix area. They probably gave you two numbers to call. PAY ATTENTION WHEN YOU SIGN UP FOR THINGS BEFORE POSTING COMPLAINTS ABOUT A BUSINESS. That's how these companies work. They rely on people to not pay attention or forget. It's not their fault you don't keep track of what is going on and who you agree to pay.
