SEO Reputation Management at its best!

   Private buying club. Worked when it worked. I ordered with them for almost a year. Last order they lost their shipper and when the got new shipper they said they didn't deliver to my zipcode.  Asked for refund at site. Rude and unresponsive. Money won't be refunded and the cash just sits in my account online.  May 7, 2013.  Emailed sovran, MSPC (parent co.?) & my sponsor to no avail.

 I have not received a refund or delivery.  Site is down.  They are being sued by Pennsyvania.  How did you get yours?  Give details!  Were you even initially in the category that they no longer were able to deliver to your zipcode?  That's my status.  They held, and still have, my $280.  I live in rural Maine and their "supposed" new deliverers don't deliver here.  Their site is now closed. 

My "sponsor" Capt. Jack, has blocked any more of my emails, Sovran, MSPC, have stopped communicating with me at all.  My money is gone.  Are you even real?  This "supposed" 6 month coming satisfaction could very well be another red herring.  I want my money back!  How could you get yours, and I can't get mine?

 I was buying from SSO for at least 4 yrs.  It was cloak and dagger from intial setup, warehouses etc. They were reliable for quite a number of years, and as of the last 6 months it was floundering. I do hope as of this date, everything has been returned to you and resolved. I just recieved my last shipment, and yes they were over a month late, and yes the website has been down for about 2 weeks, and I had heard from my sponsor that there is some suits in tow. And I also had any remaining deposits sent back. Maybe Duty free would be the way to go.
