Spa Capsule Simulated Environment Concepts dishonest, poor quality, will not return calls Hollywood Florida

This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with.  Close to $30,000 for a machine that had a LOT of repairs needed right out of the box.  A machine that was supposed to be new but was CLEARLY used.

According to their website, the company will meet the delivery truck, uncrate the machine, set it up, etc.  Well...none of that happened.  I was alone at my studio when it showed up so I had to send the driver away.  I didn't even know it was scheduled to be delivered that day.  I notified the company and was told my delivery wasn't typical so they wouldn't be here for it.  I needed to have a forklift and "three able bodied people" to help me.  

We rescheduled the delivery and uncrated and unpacked the spacapsule ourselves and maneuvered (meaning took apart and reassembled) the machine to the appropriate room.  It didn't work.

We contacted the comanpy and had three different people walk us through how to fix it on the phone.  We also informed them that the machine was scratched up upon delivery and that it had been used (based on the usage log on the machine).  The insisted it was not scratched and that it was not used.  No discussion about that was even entertained.

After lots of calls and emails back and forth (and some extremely RUDE emails), they finally agreed to send a technician out to repair the machine.  He was able to get it fixed after about 12 hours (technician was John....super nice to work with).  

The day he flew back to Florida, the machine broke again.  The company told me they would send John back in a week.  At this point, we had a useless machine for alomost a month.  But...no choice...we waited another week.  On the day he was supposed to be back, by 10:00am he hadn't shown up so we called him.  He got busy and wasn't able to come back to Texas.  He would come the following week!!  

We were told that the technician would bring the items we paid for that we never received (a matching headrest, essential oils and a meditation DVD).  He didn't bring them.  He did get the machine "fixed" though (the touch screen still has lots of problems).

At this point, I've called and emailed the company many, many times with no response.  I'm pretty sure they are not going to send the supplies, fix the touch screen or even return my calls.  Now the DVD player has the volume on as loud as it will go and the volume keys do not work.  

Rude emails...a machine that doesn't work...no delivery assistance...no training....and ultimately no response to my calls or emails.  Horrible, horrible company to work with.  PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!!  THERE HAS GOT TO BE A COMPANY WITH A BETTER REPUTATION THAN THIS....HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
