Spark Whitening BellaAtHome Ordered a "free trial" for $4.90 and then it turned into being billed $94.13 a month before I even sent back the trial after I realized it was a scam! I shipped back the trial and the first shipment to the address and when I called to verify they said that it was sent to BellaAt Home and NOT Spark Whitening. The address is in the same building and the same UNIT! they said I calle Bella At Home to cancel but not Spark Whitening and so they wouldn't refund my money. After arguing with them for 35 minutes on the phone they finally gave me a 60% refund and canceled my order. This all came from a Walgreen Gift card offer. Henderson Nevada

I received a gift card notice from Walgreens saying that I received $50.00.  So I went on line to select my prize, I scrolled down to the teeth whitening and selected the offer.  It said for Spark Whitening Trial Fee $1.03 and Shipping $3.87 total price $4.90.  So I clicked on it and put in my information, then next hings I see is that you will be billed for $94.31 for the next 30 days of your order of Spark White.  I'm then very frustrated!! I just wanted to try it and see if it even worked and if I would like it, so I immediately call the customer service number given on the order and cancel my subscription.  When I receive the box in the mail there are two of them, I open them up and I pul them together and return them both with the RMA # i was given marked clearly on the outside of the box like I was told and mailed back to Web Fullfillment Center 7565 Commerical Way Unit # Henderson NV 89011.  I have copies of the cancellation notice from BellaAtHome. 

Then on April 24 i notice that $94.13 has been charged to my credit card, I call Spark Whitening and they said that I sent back my "free trail" and the other product on 4/21/16 and was charged and wanted my money credit back.  I was then told that my account had not been canceled.  I told them that I cancanceled is on 4/17/16 and have the confirmation from BellaAtHome, they said they they aren't BellaAtHome they are Spark Whitening.  I said but I'm confused the product shipped back to your address of 7565 Commerical Way, Unit E Henderson, NV 89011.  Jay (Supervisor) of Spark Whitening said yes that is our address but you mailed it to Web Fullfillment Center which is different.  Then I realized how increadibly shady this hole thing was and that I was going to have a realy hard time trying to get my money back.  Jay said that he didn't show where I canceled my subscription but he would cancel it and credit me back 15%, I told him he has the product in his building righ next to him and that I don't have anything, he then said ok 35%, I said this is just crazy you have the product obviously you work directly with BellaAtHome and you have thie scam going on with them returning product.  I asked for a supervisor which he s aid he was the supervisor and no one else was available.  I asked for someone above him to call me back and this was just terrible what they do to people and I wanted to know if Walgreens know what they put their customers through. I finally got a 60% credit and was told my subscription was canceled. 

This is just terrible to do to customer, I plan on writing Walgreens they need to know what companies are doing to their people  I have never done this before and I will never do this again.  How can people take such advantage of others.  No wonder the economy is in such shambles when we can't trust anyone anymore.

Dear upset cx from Olathe, Kansas.

Can I start off by first apologizing for the unpleasant experience you have had with our company and any confusion regarding your accounts. We take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional information.

When you ordered the product you also checked a box indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer checks that box we must assume that they have actually read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.

The reason for only receiving one refund upon return of the product was because they are different companies that require separate rma numbers written on the outside of the box. The rma# is the identification number that is associated with the cx separate accounts. 

These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product. Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you agreed to. Our representatives are advised to inform the customers to check their spam inbox for this confirmation email if they do not see it in their personal inbox.

At the bottom of the Bella at home website in the Return and Refund Policy it states: To receive a refund for a returned product from an ongoing product shipment, you must request an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number) within 30 days of the last shipment and this RMA must be written on the package in order for credit to be issued. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

Under the section titled Notice, there are our Terms of Offer. It is here where explains that upon no cancellation or responses from the cx, the cx will automatically be enrolled in a monthly subscription of the particular product. This also can be found on the bottom of the Spark Whitening website as well. 

I hope this can help clear up any misunderstandings about our trial promotion. Again, I genuinely apologize for the unpleasant experience. Please feel free to reach back out to us if you have any further questions about our terms and conditions. Thank you.
