from the first day john roeske was teaching me how to do a reo trash out at 825 bahia vista ct napa ca but when it came time to load up the paint / other hazardous materials / oil/brake fluid/cleaning supplies/he had me get a 45 gallon garbage can out of his van then he took some cloths then put them into the can then he poured the paint in to the can then he added more cloths untill the can was full he filled 2 cans like that then he told me thats how he wonted it done then he told me to put the cans in to the dumpster standing up and put house hold item around them so they dont tip over then while i was still in training he had me go get a car battery out of a storage room that was in the back yard of a house he bid on with the proper pitchers showing befor after the removal with the pic showing a empty truck then the battery in my truck but when i went to the office he told me to put the battery in a city garbage can next to the office parking lot witch i refused so he said to put the battery next to his car and he would i told him i will recycle it at a recycle center he showed me how to take pic of doing a refresh maid service with props so it looks like were doing it but we dont i can tell you so much more of his wrongful doing he also cheats his employees out of the pay they do on his piece pay by only paying for one trip charge and he he takes pitchers without the time and date stamp so when it comes time to do the maid services he uses the pitchers so he dont have to send his crew out i was the only employee that did the service and the bids he got then he didnt and dont pay over time i worked 28 day straight then after 90 days he fired me for no reason and he still hasnt gave me my check

Scott Stevens is incorrect on many accounts in this report.
He was not trained to discard paint and chemicals into a dumpster, this would be foolish considering the dumpster company would charge extra for paint, oil and chemicals deposited in the dumpster. There is documented proof that there were no extra charges by the dumpster company for the property at 825 Bahia Vista Court, Napa.
For the disposing of a car battery in a city garbage can, this is false. The battery was taken from Mr. Stevens, went to our storage, and then taken to be recycled along with paint, tires and other chemicals, to a licensed transfer station. We always dispose all of our hazards legally, but to save trips we store our hazards in a safe storage area and dispose periodically.
We complete maid service for bank owned properties and we take pictures of our work. Mr. Stevens was trained to complete cleaning of these properties. It is a fact that we had to go back several times to the properties Mr. Stevens said he cleaned and clean them again.
Mr. Stevens claims "i was the only employee that did the service and the bids"(sic) Mr. Stevens was a part time employee, who had inconsistencies doing bids, and was not relied on to preform bids.
Scott Stevens was terminated from his employment because he caused $1100.00 of property damage. After 2 weeks of trying to get him to collect his check and complete his final paperwork, he has refused to to show up after several scheduling attempts. His check was mailed to him. He claims he worked 28 straight days, this is impossible, he barely worked 28 days throughout his employment. Mr. Stevens has received all his pay in full.
It should be noted that a police report for theft to the amount of $790.00 has been reported to the Village police department, Scott Stevens has equipment that belongs to Spectrum Home Services and he needs to return it.
