Spiegel Coupon Promotion Scam Internet

Order items on spiegel catalog used coupons that the Spiegel sent me on their emails and used a free shipping code I got on the internet. Spiegel sends me a confirmation with both coupon amounts deducted (53.15) and then send me another confirmation 2 days later charging me the full price (103) with none of the coupon amounts deducted. Spent 45 minutes arguing with the sales representatives and finally stated I will just dispute on my credit card, as I was not paying one cent above the 53.15. Called credit card company the excessive amount was going to be denied as I had the first confirmation showing the 53.15 price. Spiegel then later contacts me stating they will honor both coupons but it would take 2 billing cycles to credit (way to use the float). While I was arguing with them I was on the computer reading all the same complaints I was stating and representative acknowledge this stating it was an issue they have with 3 party vendors sending out codes, really reject them I have put in there codes and they rejected because they had expired. Nothing more than a scam.
