The young lady was very uneducated in handling customer, her attitude stinks their were low staff and she inform me that she had no aurthorites to handle the situation nor did the manager. To give me a refund for the poor service. No text informing me of flight cancel Ms redd the supervisor said I couldn't get my money back after I said I was call the BBB better business brual they gave me a number and who ever is training them to do poor wk ! I will never book another flight with spirit ever in life they r a rip off to make up for customer that aren't using them anymore. So to all who is flying spirit u will be rip off if u don't read between the red tape
