spirit airlines spirit airlines charged us 4 tickets that were never used. We took them to court and have wona judjement for 1500.00. The problem is how do I collect the money. I cannot find their Bank, Internet

Were the tickets just never used, or never received? If received, but never used I don't see where the judgement is. Was this an actual judgement, or a email that said "You have won a judgement, please send $xx via western union to collect?"

Any real judgement the lawyer is supposed to do all that work for you, unless it was a class action. Not enough info here..

How long ago was the judgement? Read the papers you were given. So much time is allowed for the other party to appeal the decision before they have to pay.

You can also callyour lawyer or the court house to find this out.

Also, you can try calling your credit card company. Odds are because the money came from your card, that is where it will be put back.
