This flight was booked on nov 19th for nov 20th, never received a call to say that flight had been canceled or anything nor did my daughter who booked it with a prepaid visa, about 1am on nov 20th I get a call from my other daughter telling me it had been canceled, the only reason she found out was because I ask her to make sure everything was set to go, so when I tried to find out why that happened nobody including least 3 supervisors so by 6:30 7am I had no choice but to do everything once again so I did what a mistake because I had my boarding pass in hand and arrived at airport by 5:05pm had daughter drop me off gave her my cell phone so my husband would have it,
I am thinking everything is good to go because i had called airline 1 hr before arriving just to be sure everything was ok they said it was ,yeah right! I get to counter give them my boarding pass and they tell me I can't fly unless I have person who paid for flight there with credit card and id well they were gone and I had no phone, I explained it was a prepaid visa from walmart and that I had to be on this flight I asked what we could do and she said if I gave $175 cash she would let me fly, what I had already paid for several flights that they had not refunded yet,
plus I didn't have that much cash, so I explained my situation for having to be on this flight. And she was very snotty and having a got u kind of smile, I asked what could we do,nothing she said and literally turned her nose up at me and walked away. I started having a panic attack not knowing what to do, so I asked to speak with her supervisor she smiled like that at me again and said that she was and walked away.(wow)panic attack really went into high gear,No matter what we did including my husband arriving within 15min of flight departure to pay once again.(driving from cocoa beach)said it was to late.
I have as well as my husband and 2 daughter talked with several script reading employees as well as supervisors who will do nothing to assit me in getting the money back quicker so I can get a flight thru someone else to at least be there for her recovery. In the meantime another supervisor that I spoke with and threatened him all kinds of things, he told me the reason for the first cancelation was a stolen card had been used(sure,prepaid card)so I asked him if that was the case then why once again did they book the last flight with a stolen card, and had also gotten a boarding pass with the same card he told me I did not I said I could prove it he then implied that I had printed up my own boarding. They need to b stopped!! Still Waiting
