I was coming back from an international flight to reconnect at fort lauderdale fll airport to atl. up on arrival the employees insist that I stand in the international line to reconnect to my flight, by the time I got the correct information it was too late because my flight was at 4:pm. An employee rushed me to the line but it was too late, I was told to go  rebook. The cashier told me I had to pay $174 for the new ticket, I request to speak to a supervisor, his name is spencer he told me the best he could do is $201. I told him about the previous offer that I got he walked away, after about hour and half he came back but the cashier took off with my information, he said I had to wait. I waited for a good 45 minutes and ask  an other cashier to chase him for me, she did bring  him back, to ease my pain he blamed the cashier I was working with said don't worry you will never see her again. to make a long story short I paid $157 with just about three hours in line after they fed me misinformation. I went back to see if his words had any meaning  the cashier was working. it was degrading, humiliating, and frustrating to say the least, the service was less than a third world country. I will never flight spirit again and I hope you do the same.

I Don't Understand

Why would you stand in an "International Line" -whatever that is -to take a domestic flight? You got off an international flight. You would go through immigration and customs. You would then recheck your bag with Spirit and go to the gate. What is this bit about an "International Line"? If you have a complaint you need to be specific.

Unless there is something different about FLL then Dulles, JFK, O'Hare , LAX  and all the other places I've changed from international to domestic flights then I don't understand your problem.
