Spirit Airlines is the worst airline on American soil. They dangle a 9 fare club to make you think you are getting a good deal. In 4 years of travel I have never got a 9 dollar fare. THEY ARE ALWAYS SOLD OUT. I think they never exsist to begin with. Firist let me say every time I have flown them the planes were filthy dirty. They are always late and hidden fee you to death. The reason for this complaint is an annual fee for the 9 dollar fare club. Once you sign up you can not cancel it and can not get a person on the phone. The only way to cancel is report your credit card lost and get a replacment with new numbers. it took an hour to navagate their automated phone system to finally reach a human that did not sreak english well.

None the less Belle her name said the contract is non canceable once you join and to bad. Your credit card company can not charge back because burried in small print is you agree to these terms? I asked to speak to this rude call center person and she said she is the highest person I can speak to and the results will be the same. My reason for this complaint is spirit is outright stealing and they make it to where you can't even dispute this. The most amazing part of this is mysteriously my login password was no longer working at time of complaint and requested reset password would not work either until after they charged the 59.00 for club fees. Fly (((competitor's name redacted))) and by the time you add in all the hidden fees and agrevation you will be money ahead every time.

You should take them to court

There is no such a non-cancelable contract. They are BSing you. Next time you call them, tell them you are recording the call because you want to have the contract information regarding the small print. If they are pursuing to force you to pay for the fees, report them to your AG of your state and FCC about this suspicious unqualified contract. Anyone who has the similar issue should contact their AG & FCC as well.
