SplashpadsUSA approached Ripoff Report with the intent of wanting to resolve any customer issues and reports posted on Ripoff Report.

As a Part of the Corporate Advocacy Program the member business allows Ripoff Report to send an email to all of those who filed a complaint in the past, letting the customer know, the member business wanted to make things right with them, whatever it takes to do so. Ripoff Report always monitors these emails to insure the member business does what they agreed to. The people at SplashpadsUSA did just that.

SplashpadsUSA provides turn-key splash pad installations with a stainless steel product line carrying a 30 year warranty. Most of our competitors offer no warranty on their work and no warranty on their products. In fact, one of our competitors uses plastic above ground water features which are known to break, melt and crack. We have had to repair many of their poor quality products and workmanship over the years.

One aspect of our work which we are confident that we do better than anyone else in the industry is proper sanitation of our splash pads. We take this issue very seriously and have perfected our sanitation systems. However, we have encountered several major commercial splash pads installed by one of our competitors which have had sanitation problems that have resulted in their customers' splash pads being shut down multiple times due to health hazards.

The on-site inspection / review does not mean that the products or services offered by the business have been evaluated or endorsed by Ripoff Report, and has not made a determination as to the business' product quality or competency in performing services. We can verify, that Ripoff Report went to the business, verified their business or “work from home business”, there for, if a customer in the future does not get treated correctly, Ripoff Report can get the problem resolved.
