I ordered a hand held Conair massager from Amazon and receieved a used massager, with no manual as to how to use and packaging in disripair. Obvios that is had been previously returned. It did not work when I plugged it in. I am returning it asap (received it today 03/23/15 and hope I will get my money back. Such a dissapointment!
