Enrolled in a unlimited business plan with Sprint in 2012. Sprint decided to cancel the service at the eve of 2 years anniversary. When contacted we received these boggus reasons

1. Overusage ( This is a business and we purchased unlimited data plan) False advertizing. Never had any complaint the first year by Sprint!!!

2. excessive roaming ( Flat lie, the device never left the physical premices of the business)

3. Equipment out dated  to support 4G ( our modem is a Sierra 4G)

Had the rudest people in customer care, waited  ten days with no internet to finally tell me that service cannot be re-established.

4. Filed a complain to BBB and FTC, I am seeing legal counsel
