sprint pcs ripoff,liars cheats and they dont hire americans ripoff business from hell some other country Nationwide .....

to all consumers be aware of sprint pcs not only are the employee confused but most of them are not in this country i called sprint to reconnect my service paid with check by phone they gave me a new telephone number and even turned the service back on which was a problem got some rep india who barely spoke english,after all the trouble i finally got the phone on,woke up the next morning the phone was off,i called come to find out the rep didnt tell me there was also a thirty five dollar service charge,so by then i told them to keep the phone off i dont want to business with a company who has un-skilled workers.

so here it was 3 months later i get another bill from sprint for a calling plan that no one ever told me to that i had to committ to the girl couldnt even speak english clearly,so i called spoke to another supervisor come to find out he was using and american name and he was also from india,so i asked for a credit he replied with bad english also if you re-connect your service with us we will credit the account i told him in english to kiss where the sun dont shine the wouldnt get a penny out of me i have no reason to business with a company who doesnt even use americans as emloyees and just to let you know and as a cwa member to any employee who writes back i got a newsletter in the mail from the cwa which is the communications worker assoc which is the union that is reporting these people are taking your jobs what a disgrace !!!!!

First I'd like to say that for someone who claims to be from the United States, you yourself can't even spell correctly let alone use proper English yourself. Now on to the ture nature of this email.

As a college graduate, and someone from the United States; but know that there are reeps from India, just to be fair, know the pitfalls of any Corp. What I'm seeing here really isn't a true beef. What I see here is a customer who had not paid a bill, or paid the bill late, or even had what we call here, an Account Spending Limit, due to bad credit. You were made an offer which you did not take; understandable, but to say that the company dosen't hire American's is absoulty absurd. Not only are there call centers all over the US, but Sprint it's slef is based out of KC.

To those who think that Sprint Sucks; I'll by that. However, you give me a Corp that hasn't any problems, and I'll give ten reasons why they do have it's problems. So in short, get a better credit line, and pay your bill on time, and you wouldn't have had this problem.
