before activating an account with sprint I made sure to call an ask if there were any hidden fees I was told there was only a service fee plus taxes. I'd then went online to see what it took to activate a sprint android phone and read over all the terms and conditions and it listed all of the fees. all but 1 they call this be a spending limit sienna cost 4 dollars and 99 cents a month. it's not apply to all customers. and I was never informed of this be before and during activation. this fee is simply a b that is added on to your account for the ability to cancel your service should you not pay your bill something that all other companies do for free anyway. I have reported this to the federal trade commission the federal communications commission and the attorney generals office and they all agree that this the is a bogus fee that should not be applied to somebody account. after speaking with executive resolution department debbie weaver I had a really really why's that this is a scandalous company with customer service reps that are in the business of lying and cheating their customers. they had advise me that I can get out of this see if I to give them my bank account information. why would somebody want to give their bank account information to somebody who is already proven to them to themselves that they are thieves and liars and scam artist. debbie weaver is the rudest unprofessional person I've ever met in my life. she has no business working in a customer service industry. sprint is a scandalous lying thieving company do not activate service with them or they will steal your money
