Sprint Rip off Nationwide

 Sprint billing was horrible so I cancelled the contract. Was told to send cell phones back and they would waive the early termination fee. Phones were sent back however they were still billing for early termination fee. 11 telephone calls and 6 weeks later still couldn't get this resolved. Several times I requested to speak with a supervisor and actually had one attempt to call me on "my cell phone" they had so they couldn't reach me. 

Gave them my home telephone number but apparently the supervisor wasn't smart enough to call me at home. Finally go so fed up with customer service telling me they would resolve this issue that I filed a report with the Attorney General's Office to get them to help me with this issue. Amazingly Sprint got on the ball and corrected the problem. Would never use Sprint ever again.
