I average 10 drop calls per month, with complete outages of service that will not allow me to make or retrieve calls throughout the month. These breaks in service leaves me without communication in dire situations. Most recently I missed a call regarding a family member going into the hospital. This most recent situation left me needing to go out and purchase a prepaid phone to be available to receive and make calls.
