where to begin -
from the 1st evening I left the store with a phone that needed time to work - after which almost losing a ver lucrative job offer due to the fact the phone wasn't working properly over that particular weekend - after being in the store twice and the 2nd time in the store til 1am trying to get a new phone from sprint
sprint wanted another deposit on the same said phone - a 3 day old phone
then we find out after 15 days - the free tablet doesn't work on the friends and framily plan and it was on its own separate line and own separate account
they've denied early termaination fees for the tablet line that was ported over from verizon cause apparently the tablet doesn't qualify for that particular promotion
the general manager of the store Brandon Mullins - due to all the next facts had his employment terminated but im stuck now with sprint since i have no way of paying verizon early termaination fees on 4 lines
i was told i would get 75 dollars for each line that was ported over - minus my line - those 3 lines are "under review"
i've only got 470 dollar prepaid card for the early termination fee on 2 of the lines now - the other 2 lines are "under review"
then we come to the Sprint Discount Program - which i qualified for via email - 10-15% discount on my monthly bill
only to find out they're denied the 200 prepaid visa credit card per line - because i didn't meet all the qualifications for these lines
nothing online or in the store states anything about meeting certain specifice qualifications - other than the same qualifications for meeting the discount - after talking with a "collections manager" Ben Parker -
i was told this after noon that their lawyers would review and make the final call on the 800.00 sprint still owes me and the other early termaination fees associated wtih the account
this doesn't account for the hours and i mean hours of documented time spent on the phone and pages upon pages on my account sprint has on file
i've heard things from csr's state "why did they just take that away from you, that doesn't make any sense- please hold"
to "i've never seen anything like this at all - hold please"
im not one to complain but right is right / wrong is wrong
this falls under business ethics 101
sprint is a sham - if i could go back to verizon - i would no questions asked
pending sprint gives me what is due me - and replace all the time and money lost via this mess
